Personalized strength and metabolic conditioning sessions. All sessions are designed to target individual impairments with the goal of improving your functional fitness and increasing longevity in participating in outdoor activities. Sessions can be at a local gym or at a home gym.

Foundations Class @ Ridge Crossfit Thursdays at 9am
If you are new to weightlifting and Crossfit or a seasoned athlete this class will help develop your skills. This is a great class if you have been having pain with a lift to learn modifications or to have barbell movements be more comfortable. Dr. Nina Lex has decades of coaching Crossfit as well as having her doctorate in physical therapy. Nina has specialties in both working with Fitness Athletes and pelvic health.
What to expect: group warm up; a primary barbell lift strength section; and a metabolic conditioning section.
Payment: included in Ridge Crossfit Membership or you can buy a 5 ($125) or a 10 ($195) punch pass. First class is free to new participants.
